Refund Policy

If you are not entirely 100% satisfied with your purchase, or the product is not working as expected we're here to help. 

  1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the product.

  1. To be eligible for a refund:

    1. The product must be in new condition as you have received it.

    2. The product must be packaged in the original packaging.

    3. All parts must also be in the box as well as the scooter that were supplied such as tools, booklet, charger and packaging.

    4. The product must be in a saleable condition as deemed by us.

    5. Proof of Payment/ Invoice must be presented.

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and are happy with the new condition of the product. This includes all original boxing, packaging and original tags in new condition as received. No marks, scuffs or scratches to the scooter will be excepted and final decision is by Eco Scooters for a refund.

  1. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated bank account and an approved amount. The receipt of the refund will be dependant on bank processing times.

  1. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

  1. You are required to keep appropriate proof of shipping.

  1. We do not accept responsibility for any returned item which goes missing in transit and you will not be eligible for a refund on the missing item.

  1. If we determine that you are not eligible for a refund, you are liable for shipping cost for the scooter to be returned by us to your nominated address.
